CabinCast starts an iOS ReplayKit screen broadcast, serves a local viewer page from your iPhone, and lets the Tesla browser watch it through your iPhone Personal Hotspot.

Setup

Start casting on iPhone

Tap Start Casting in CabinCast and approve the iOS broadcast or VPN prompt if it appears.

Join the hotspot

Connect the Tesla Wi-Fi to the same iPhone Personal Hotspot that is running CabinCast.

Open the viewer

In the Tesla browser, open http://240.3.3.3:8080. Use http://, not HTTPS.

Free Modes

Stable Mode and Quality Mode keep the basic mirroring path simple at 720p/30. Start mirroring while the Tesla is parked for the most reliable free-mode start.

Optional

Supporter Modes

PRO Codec unlocks the newer tuning lane, High Quality at 900p/30, experimental Smooth Mode at 900p/60, true fullscreen, manual aspect ratio, accent colors, and expert controls.

Built around the Tesla browser's limits.

CabinCast presents through browser-safe canvas paths, includes stream reset controls, and shows heat or quality warnings when the phone needs a lower load. Audio stays on the iPhone or Tesla Bluetooth.

  • View-only: CabinCast cannot control iPhone apps from the Tesla screen.
  • DRM-protected video may appear black because iOS blocks protected screen capture.
  • Use the Tesla browser only while parked and according to local laws.
