Mirror your iPhone screen to the Tesla browser.

CabinCast starts a local iOS ReplayKit broadcast on your iPhone and serves a viewer page that the Tesla browser can open through Personal Hotspot.

From iPhone to Tesla in three local steps.

Keep the Tesla connected to the iPhone Personal Hotspot, then open the local viewer address in the browser. Use http://, not HTTPS.

01

Start CabinCast

Open CabinCast on iPhone, tap Start Casting, and approve the iOS broadcast prompt.

02

Connect the Tesla

Join the iPhone Personal Hotspot from Tesla Wi-Fi so both devices share the local route.

03

Open the viewer

Type http://240.3.3.3:8080 in the Tesla browser and use Reset Stream if needed.

Free modes stay simple. Supporter modes unlock the deeper controls.

Free Modes

Stable Mode and Quality Mode provide the basic 720p/30 mirroring path. Start mirroring while parked for the most reliable free-mode start.

  • Stable Mode for first setup and reliability.
  • Quality Mode for a sharper free stream.
  • Local viewer controls for reset, ratio, info, and fullscreen state.

Supporter Modes

PRO Codec opens the newer tuning lane with higher-quality options and expert controls for people who want to support ongoing development.

  • PRO Codec plus High Quality 900p/30.
  • Experimental Smooth Mode at 900p/60.
  • True fullscreen, manual aspect ratio, accent colors, and expert controls.

Built around real Tesla browser limits.

CabinCast is view-only. It shows the iPhone screen in the browser, but it cannot control iPhone apps from the vehicle screen. Audio remains normal through Bluetooth or the iPhone.

Heat aware

When the iPhone gets hot, lower quality or return to Stable Mode before testing again.

Browser safe

Use HTTP with the explicit port and the local hotspot route. HTTPS is not the viewer path.

Screen capture limits

DRM-protected video may appear black because iOS blocks protected screen capture.
